Naveen Gulati, an officer belonging to the 1986 batch of Indian Railway Electrical Engineering services, has assumed charge as the General Manager of Integral Coach Factory (ICF), says a Railway release.
- He succeeds AK Agarwal, who was transferred to Rail Wheel Factory, Bangaluru, as GM.
- He has extensive experience in designing and production of railway coaches.

Gulati is a Gold Medalist from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Banaras Hindu University (BHU) in BTech (Electrical). He was closely associated with the project for redevelopment of New Delhi Railway Station as World Class facility. During his posting at CRIS (Centre for Railway Information Systems), he was instrumental in setting-up the Data Centre there which is considered as the spine of the data base system of Indian Railways. An IT enthusiast, he has contributed to creation of several IT applications for Indian Railways.
It is pertinent to mention that he has extensive experience in designing and production of railway coaches.
Before taking charge at ICF, he was the Additional General Manager (AGM) of Northern Railway (NR) and has worked in various capacities in Railways, including Divisional Railway Manager, Chennai. He succeeds AK Agarwal, who was transferred to Rail Wheel Factory, Bangaluru, as GM.
