Gujarat BJP unit chief CR Paatil on Friday inaugurated the first-ever TriCity Property Fest in Gift City in Gandhinagar. Chief Minister Bhupendrabhai Patel will visit this property show on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 12.30 pm.
“The three-day Tricity Property Fest 2023 is being presented by Credai Gandhinagar and Kaavyaratna Group for the first time. Our Gandhinagar city has a unique identity in the entire state. Apart from being the capital of the state, this city has become the center of many national-level educational institutions as well as the global financial hub-Gift City. With excellent rail, road and air connectivity coupled with the best infrastructures amidst green environment, this has become an ideal investment destination for residential and office property buyers,” said SK Patel, honorary secretary and Kavvyaratna Group official.
CREDAI Gandhinagar Chairman Jayant Sheldiya said, “We are expecting a footfall of 30,000 during the three-day expo from Feb 24-26. Nearly 250 big and small projects in digital format is available for registered visitors. In keeping with the demands of the customers, over 50 percent of the projects are green buildings.”
