Noida-based startup YourSpace, one of the several ventures that today operate in the student housing space in India announced the launch of state-of-the-art hostels for students in Ahmedabad.
Presently, Your-Space has an on campus hostel at College Of Safety And Fire Technology which are home to over 100 students. , Your-Space is aiming to expand by opening one new facility by expanding to 550+ beds by June 2020 in the city. They partner with property owners and developers to build a home for students by leasing, remodelling and managing large buildings and are currently looking to open the facility in Navrangpura and is also in talks with Ahmedabad University.
With Gujarat turning into an educational hub for students from abroad and other parts of the country, Ahmedabad has been witnessing an increase in the migration of students from to acquire world-class education. Further, the city is also observing an influx in industries, giving rise to job opportunities. YourSpace offers boarding and lodging facilities at its hostels which provide services like safety, security, medical convenience, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, well established kitchen, laundry services, proximity to major markets and also have clean furniture, bedding, walk-in closets along with personal washrooms for the students to have a hassle free academic life. The jovial atmosphere helps in community building within the hostels via recreation rooms within the premises. The brand is also on panel with institutes of repute to offer housing solutions to its students.
