One of the Chennai’s trusted real estate brands – the DAC Developers Pvt Ltd has on Thursday unveiled two ‘Home Experience Centres’ one each at Medavakkam and Tambaram in Chennai.
Former Supreme Court Judge Justice V Ramasubramanian unveiled the innovative ‘Home Experience Centres’ – DAC Medallion at Medavakkam and DAC Marshall at Tambaram in the presence of S Sathish Kumar, Managing Director, DAC Developers Pvt Ltd.

- The Home Experience Centers proudly feature eleven bays where visitors can examine the cross-sections of various elements, including shear walls, columns, beams, doors, windows, floors, switch boxes, plumbing shafts, as well as exterior components like hand-rails and balcony floors
- It will soon launch a project in Coimbatore and later on will expand its wings to Tier-II and Tier-III cities in the state
The 1050 sqft innovative centre at DAC Medallion and 800 sqft innovative centre at DAC Marshal were opened for the public from Thursday. The replica of the actual flats coming up at these two new projects was displayed at these Home Experience Centres.

First of its kind in South India, the two Home Experience Centres are fully furnished that showcases everything from floor to roofs in cross-section so that buyers can visually inspect and physically touch and feel the materials that go into making their dream homes.
On the sidelines of launching the Home Experience Centres, S Sathish Kumar, Managing Director, DAC Developers Pvt. Ltd., said, “Our core principles revolve around 3Es i.e. ENGINEERING-focused innovation, Customer EDUCATION, and Customer EXPERIENCE. The newly unveiled Home Experience Centres embody these principles. We take pride in introducing ‘Home Experience Centres’ for the first time in South India. On the benefits of Home Experience Centres for the buyers, he said, “While buyers can always compare prices, select locations, and even visit model homes, up until now, they haven’t had the opportunity to understand the materials and elements construction of their home components. They had to rely solely on the assurance given by developers. However, our Home Experience Centers provide them with first-hand knowledge about the quality and specifications of every component of their dream homes. They no longer need to purchase homes blindly. Now, they can visually examine and physically experience them before making a final decision.”

MAC Medallion is a residential complex in Medavakkam with 125 apartments and DAC Marshall situated at the heart of Tambaram has diverse range of 114 housing unit configuarations, Sathish Kumar said.
Sathish Kumar further said that there are 15 to 20 housing projects undergoing in and around Chennai.
Replying to a query, he said that DAC Developers will soon launch a project in Coimbatore and later on will expand its wings to Tier-II and Tier-III cities in the state.
DAC Developers started construction biz in the year 2014, since then it has constructed over 2,000 houses, Sathish Kumar added.
