95 students and 4 faculty members of 3rd year BAMS from Swasthavritta and Yoga Department of Aarihant Ayurvedic Medical College and Research Institute, a part of Swarrnim Startup and Innovation University, Gandhinagar, recently went on an educational visit to Dudhsagar Dairy, Mehsana.
The students gained first-hand knowledge from dairy professionals and experts of Dudhsagar Dairy regarding milk collection, testing, pasturisation, and packaging of milk, butter and buttermilk. Students also learned about the inception and history of Dudhsagar Dairy.
