Talgajarda village in Bhavnagar witnessed a spectacular display of devotion as hundreds of devotees participated in the “Ayodhya Kalash Yatra” on Tuesday. The yatra symbolises a spiritual journey leading to the consecration ceremony (pran pratishtha mahotsav) of Ram Temple in Ayodhya on January 22 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Villagers of all ages enthusiastically participated in the yatra, singing bhajans and offering prayers at the Ram Temple. Renowned spiritual leader and Ramcharitmanas exponent, Morari Bapu wholeheartedly welcomed the kalash yatra to Talgajarda and offered prayers at the temple.
Addressing the villagers and other participants, Morari Bapu expressed great joy for the upcoming pran pratishtha of the idol of Lord Ram in the Ram Temple in Ayodhya.
“The inauguration of Ram Temple at Ayodhya will be an unprecedented event, a moment etched in the annals of history. Followers of the Vedic and Sanatana Dharma have been waiting for this day for 500-550 years,” Morari Bapu, who has devoted his life to spreading the teachings of Lord Ram, said.
Morari Bapu extended his profound gratitude to individuals and organisations dedicated to the cause of the Ram Temple.
Recounting his recent meeting with Champat Rai, President of Ram Janmabhoomi Nyas, the organisation that spearheaded the Ram temple movement, Morari Bapu said that he would participate in the grand inauguration of the temple on January 22 as a representative of Shri Chitrakutdham Talgajarda and Ramkatha listeners worldwide. Morari Bapu will be addressing a Ramkatha in Shravasti from January 13 to 21 and reach Ayodhya the same evening.
Morari Bapu urged everyone to celebrate the historic occasion by lighting diyas (lamps) in their homes on January 22.
The Kalash, containing holy water, will head to Ayodhya for the pran pratishtha Mahotsav of the Ram Temple.
