The Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort and Spa, Mahabalipuram on Tuesday announced its new pet-friendly policy, welcoming both pets and service animals to the resort. This long-anticipated move reflects our commitment to providing exceptional service to all guests, including those traveling with their furry companions. The policy went live from 15 July 2024.

Key features of the new pet-friendly policy include
- Comfortable pet beds and mats provided
- Complimentary pet welcome kit
- Dedicated areas for pet relief and exercise
- A pet fee of ₹ 2,000 plus taxes per pet, per night
This new policy applies to both pets and service animals, ensuring that all animal companions are welcome at the resort.
