Air Marshal Narmdeshwar Tiwari, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, South Western Air Command visited an Air Force base in the western sector from 15-16 January 2025. The AOC-in-Chief was received by Group Captain Vinay Bhardwaj, Station Commander of the base.

During the visit, AOC-in-C reviewed the role and operational readiness of the station. The Air Marshal was briefed on various Operational, Maintenance and Administrative aspects of the station. Later he addressed the station personnel and appreciated the high degree of professionalism and hard work displayed by the personnel of the station in achieving the assigned goals.
He also highlighted the need for maintaining full operational preparedness with optimum utilization of available resources.
The Air Marshal stressed upon maintaining high standards of physical fitness and advised all personnel to maintain a healthy lifestyle by engaging in various sports and physical activities.
