With 34 offers, BCG was the largest recruiter in PGP Final Placement 2024-2025 – Cluster 1 held on Friday, announced the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
“The firms that participated in Cluster 1 comprised six cohorts – investment banking and markets, management consulting, niche consulting, advisory consulting, cards and financial advisory, private equity, venture capital, and asset management. The entire placement process was conducted in hybrid mode. Companies had the convenience of conducting the process virtually or physically. We saw a large pool of recruiters, with 47 firms participating in the process,” an IIMA release stated.
With 34 offers Boston Consulting Group was the largest recruiter. Prominent recruiters in the management consulting cohort included regular recruiters such as BCG, McKinsey, Kearney, Accenture Strategy, Monitor Deloitte, Simon-Kucher, EY Parthenon, Deloitte, PwC and KPMG, the statement added.
Prominent recruiters in the Investment Banking and Markets space included Avendus Capital, Moelis, HSBC, with the highest offers in Investment Banking made by Goldman Sachs (8). The PE and VC domain saw an uptick, with the participation of firms like General Atlantic, Everstone, Elevation Capital, Arga Investment. American Express rolled out 15 offers, highest in the cards and financial advisory cohort.
