His Highness Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence of the United Arab Emirates, graced the finale show of World’s Frist Mega Musical on Shri Krishna, Dhanraj Nathwani’s Rajadhiraaj – Love. Life. Leela at the iconic Dubai Opera on 16th of March.
He opened his address with great appreciation for this unique Musical: “It is a great pleasure to be here with you this evening. Tonight and for the past few evenings the people of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates have had the privilege of witnessing the exceptional performance of the world’s first mega musical on Shree Krishna.”
He continued: “I would like to congratulate everyone who helped organise this wonderful event. I especially want to extend a warm welcome to all the performers and all other involved in the production here tonight. I applaud your originality, creativity and your love of life and art. Lord Krishna’s world is one of love, compassion, protection, fraternity, peace and harmony. By bringing this magnificent musical about Him to the United Arab Emirates, you affirm that our country is committed to these universal values, that are common to all of us as human beings.”

Conceptualised and brought to life by Dhanraj Nathwani, Rajadhiraaj – Love. Life. Leela is India’s first-ever Broadway-style musical, redefining Indian theatre on a grand scale. After successful runs in Mumbai and Delhi, it received an overwhelming response in Dubai as well. The 6-show run at the iconic Dubai Opera showcasing the rich culture of Indian mythology had an electrifying response. The cast and crew of 245 people was greeted with a full house audience in all its shows.
This game-changing production presents an unparalleled portrayal of Shri Krishna’s majesty and elegance as well as Bhagwaan Shrinathji’s journey through a dazzling theatrical spectacle and live singing. The production boasts of a grand scale, featuring 20 original songs, over 180 artists, and more than 60 dancers. The show’s intricate production design, mesmerizing choreography, and 1,800 bespoke custom-made costumes all come together to create an immersive experience.
