Aspire For Her, a community-driven organization focused on increasing women’s workforce participation, in partnership with Social Empowerment and Economic Development (SEED).and powered by Payoneer, made a dynamic debut in Ahmedabad with an impactful event SheExports at the Gujarat Student Startup and Innovation Hub (i-Hub) here on Saturday. The gathering brought together trailblazing entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and aspiring business women to explore strategies for global expansion and compliances.
Payoneer, the fintech leader enabling SMBs to thrive in international markets, has partnered with Aspire For Her (AFH), a transformational organisation dedicated to helping women-led service businesses in India expand globally, along with SEED.
Through this powerful collaboration, Aspire For Her is bringing to you SheExports – a transformative initiative designed to propel Indian woman entrepreneurs toward international success. This community powered program features an 11-city national roadshow, with Ahmedabad serving as the pivotal sixth destination in this empowering journey.

The Ahmedabad chapter was officially launched by Madhura Dasgupta Sinha, Founder & CEO of Aspire For Her, who is spearheading the mission to bring one million women into the workforce by 2025 and ten million by 2030.

The event commenced with an insightful Fireside Chat on “Scaling Hacks” featuring Viral Vora, Founder & CEO of CFirst, COGBEE, and CAYPRO, in conversation with Anuj Kanwar, Advisor, Aspire For Her. With over 20 years of experience, Viral shared his journey of building inclusive, AI-driven HR tech platforms serving clients across North America, the UK, and Europe. He offered actionable strategies for international scaling, stressing the importance of integrating human insight with technology, creating bias-free recruitment systems, and crafting a globally agile mindset.
“In today’s volatile world of shifting geopolitics and trade policies, business success demands more than hard work; it requires persistence, adaptability, and resilience. Especially for cross-border enterprises, staying alert and strategically agile is essential to navigate constant global change,” said Viral Vora during his fireside chat.
The discussion was succeeded by an instructive masterclass on “Export Compliance: Beyond Borders,” led by Swati Panchal, Co-Founder of i47 Global Venture Specialists.
