A Buddha statue was dedicated to the soldiers and their families by Ramandeep Bagga, chairperson, Golden Katar Family Welfare Office at Ahmedabad Cantonment in Shahibaug on Monday.
After the installation ceremony, she said, “This statue stands as a beacon of serenity and will serve as a source of calmness and stress buster for the soldiers and their families,”.
She congratulated the planners and artisans who constructed to create this space. She further added that the Buddha‘s message of peace and harmony is more relevant today in a world filled with conflict, challenges and uncertainties. The statue will stand as an inspiration to cultivate inner peace, compassion, understanding, and community living.
