Ahmedabad Chapter of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan’s two-day-long mega cultural “National Unity Festival” came to an end here on Thursday.
A group song program was organized by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Ahmedabad Division, on the second day at PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya, Ahmedabad Cantt.
The chief guest of this program, Bhikhudan Dalpatsinh Gadhvi, Ketan Dave and Dwaref S. Mehta played an important role as a panel of judges. Musician Bhikhubhai has been serving in the field of music and folklore for the last 50 years. He has also contributed to films. Bhikhubhai, a recipient of the Gujarat Gaurav Puraskar and a National Award winner, has been giving his excellent services in the field of music.
Various activities like group singing, solo vocal music, group vocal music, instrumental music were organized as part of the second day’s program . Along with this, competitions like visual art ( 2D/3D), local games and toys were also organized for two days.
These activities were evaluated by Nikita Laher Patel, Piyush Thakkar and Ranjit. The students who won at the complex level will now participate at the divisional level at PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya , Shahibaug.
