Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd (AHFL) has strengthened its operations in Gujarat by inaugurating 10 new branches across key cities, taking its total presence in the state to 83 branches and crossing the 600-branch milestone nationwide. The expansion underscores the company’s commitment to making affordable housing finance accessible to the Lower Income Group (LIG) and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) segments.
The newly launched branches are located in Ambaji, Chotila, Deodar, Jamjodhpur, Palitana, Tharad, Una, and Kadi, while Vadodara now hosts both a regional office and a new branch. Inauguration ceremonies were held across the new locations in the presence of company officials and local dignitaries.
The move comes at a time when the affordable housing sector in Gujarat is gaining fresh impetus through PMAY 2.0 and the Gujarat Housing Board’s recent initiative to offer homes starting at just ₹9 lakh under the Gujarat Urban Development Mission’s 20-year celebration.
Rishi Anand, Managing Director & CEO, Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd, said, “We are delighted to announce our expansion across Gujarat with 10 new branches and a regional office in Vadodara. This reinforces our resolve to bring home financing closer to underserved communities, small entrepreneurs, and families who have traditionally been beyond the reach of formal credit.”
He added, “At Aadhar, we believe every individual deserves a home. Through this strategic expansion, we aim to deliver inclusive and customized financial solutions that help people across emerging cities realize their dream of home ownership.”
Nirav Buch, Circle Head – Gujarat, AHFL, remarked, “With these new branches, we are deepening our engagement with local communities. Our growing presence will help us better understand and serve the evolving housing finance needs of customers across the state.”
With this expansion, Aadhar Housing Finance further strengthens its position as a key enabler of affordable housing in Gujarat, aligning with national and state-level goals of ‘Housing for All’ and fostering greater financial inclusion for economically vulnerable groups.
