The Green Environment Team, an NGO led by the trio Arjun Sisodiya, Mukesh Agrawal & Pratik Joshi, has been feeding over 10,000 people in and around Vatwa ever since the lockdown was imposed on March 21 following the COVID-19 outbreak, a release said.
Further, to safeguard the frontline warriors, the team has completely sanitized Narol and Vatwa Police Stations and many societies near Vatwa village freely.
The team had also so far distributed over 30,000 masks and equal number of sanitisers along with 15,000 bottles of floor cleaners.
The team expresses its gratitude to the local and government authorities for extending their help in reaching out to the poor and needy. The team had maintained hygiene and social distancing while distributing the succor, the release added.
