CHENNAI, DEC 1
In a serene early-morning ritual filled with tradition and intimacy, actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu and filmmaker Raj Nidimoru have exchanged vows in a discreet wedding held on Monday at the sacred Linga Bhairavi Temple inside the Isha Yoga Centre, Coimbatore. The wedding, conducted as a traditional “Bhuta Shuddhi Vivaha”, was attended by just around 30 close family and friends.

Samantha later shared a set of heartfelt wedding photos on her Instagram handle, captioning the happy milestone simply as “01.12.2025” with white-heart emojis — confirming what fans have long speculated in quietly shared glances and social-media moments.

The newlyweds looked every bit the picture of traditional grace. Samantha wore a classic red silk saree with golden zari border, complemented by fresh flowers in her hair, gold jewellery, and subtle yet elegant makeup. Raj opted for a white kurta-pyjama paired with a cream Nehru jacket — understated, calm and befitting the serene surroundings.
Close associates say the couple chose the quiet temple wedding to honour their shared spiritual leanings and to keep the focus on simplicity and sincerity rather than spectacle. The intimate “yes” arrived after months of public curiosity — the two, who worked together on the popular web series The Family Man (Season 2) and the recent show Citadel: Honey Bunny, gradually turned their on-screen collaboration into off-screen companionship, a journey now blessed and sealed.
As congratulations and warm wishes pour in from fans, colleagues, and industry peers, Samantha and Raj begin a new chapter — quietly, spiritually, and with grace.
