In a defining corporate transformation, Infibeam Avenues Ltd has received in-principle board approval to shed its decade-old identity and rebrand itself as AvenuesAI Limited, marking its evolution into a full-stack AI-led digital payments and fintech technology leader. The change—subject to statutory and corporate clearances—signals a decisive shift from a diversified infrastructure company to a deep-tech, AI-first global payments enterprise.
Explaining the rationale behind the shift, Vishal Mehta, Chairman and Managing Director, said:
