In a major push to empower India’s youth with future-ready tech skills, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited’s Rajiv Gandhi Memorial Telecom Training Centre (RGMTTC), Chennai, has launched free Skill Development Training Programs under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Skill India Mission, and PMKVY 4.0. The courses begin on 15 December 2025 and are completely free of cost.

- Registrations Open for Youth & Minority Category Students Under Skill India Mission
Designed and delivered by senior BSNL domain experts, the initiative offers youth an opportunity to gain industry-relevant, job-oriented skills in emerging telecom technologies. Each participant will undergo nearly 400 hours of intensive technical, practical, and on-the-job training, covering high-demand fields such as:
- Optical Fiber Splicing
- Broadband Technology
- Optical Fiber Technology
- Wireless & Mobile Communication
To ensure inclusive growth, RGMTTC will also launch an additional free Skill Development Program exclusively for Minority Category youth, starting 22 December 2025, providing advanced training across multiple modern telecom technologies.
