In a focused move to take social security services closer to beneficiaries, the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) and the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) will conduct a joint grievance redressal and awareness outreach programme on December 29, 2025, across six districts of Tamil Nadu.

- Madurai, Theni, Sivaganga, Virudhunagar, Ramanathapuram and Dindigul covered
The combined initiative brings together EPFO’s PF Near You (Nidhi Aapke Nikat) and ESIC’s Suvidha Samagam, creating a single platform for speedy grievance resolution and direct interaction with officials. The programme will begin at 9.00 am and will cover Madurai, Theni, Sivaganga, Virudhunagar, Ramanathapuram and Dindigul districts.
In Madurai, the outreach will be held at DHAN Foundation, Vaithiyanathapuram East. Ramanathapuram district participants can attend the camp at Holy Cross Girls Higher Secondary School, Thangachimadam. The Theni district programme will take place at RR International School, Cumbum, while Sivaganga district will host the camp at MM Forgings Limited, Singampunari. In Virudhunagar district, the venue is Kalaimagal Vidhyalaya School, Pandalkudi, Aruppukottai, and in Dindigul, the outreach will be conducted at the Manimandapam Central Office, Gandhigram Trust.
EPF members, pensioners, establishment representatives, ESIC employers and insured persons are encouraged to participate and utilise the opportunity to get long-pending grievances addressed, clarify service-related issues and gain better awareness of social security benefits.
The joint outreach is aimed at improving ease of access, reducing delays in grievance redressal and strengthening trust between social security institutions and stakeholders at the grassroots level.
