Indian-born global jewellery brand Malabar Gold & Diamonds has strengthened its North American presence with the launch of two new showrooms in Canada and the USA, taking its total showroom count in the region to 10.
The brand’s third showroom in Canada was unveiled at Ajax, Ontario, while its seventh USA showroom opened in Austin, Texas. With these additions, Malabar Gold & Diamonds now operates 417 showrooms globally across 14 countries, further consolidating its position as the fifth-largest jewellery retailer in the world.
The Ajax and Austin showrooms were inaugurated on December 6 and December 7 respectively, in the presence of senior leadership from Malabar Gold & Diamonds, along with customers and well-wishers.

Showroom Highlights
The Ajax showroom, positioned as Malabar Gold & Diamonds’ flagship outlet in Canada, spans over 6,000 sq. ft. and showcases 30,000+ jewellery designs across gold and diamond categories. Featuring more than 25 exclusive brands and collections, the showroom offers an extensive range of bridal, occasion, daily-wear, and office-wear jewellery. It also includes a customised jewellery design facility, luxurious customer lounge, and ample parking.
The Austin showroom has been developed as one of the brand’s most premium formats in the USA, presenting 20,000+ jewellery designs in 18K and 22K gold and diamond jewellery, along with a customised design facility and an upscale customer lounge.

Malabar Gold & Diamonds currently operates seven showrooms in the USA—Los Angeles, New Jersey, Dallas, Chicago, Naperville, Atlanta and Austin—and three showrooms in Canada located in Ontario, Vancouver and Ajax.
