The Rotary Club of Bhavnagar Vibrant marked a proud milestone with the successful conduct of its Official Club Visit (OCV), hosting District Governor Amardeep Singh Bunet on Sunday, January 4, at Basil Park Hotel, Bhavnagar. The visit underscored the club’s growing stature within Rotary for its focused community service, strong fellowship and women-led leadership model.

The District Governor was accompanied by Assistant Governor Himanshubhai Jagani and Jatinbhai Bhayani. During the visit, the club presented a comprehensive overview of its year-round service initiatives, projects and outreach activities, reflecting its commitment to meaningful and sustainable community impact.
Addressing the gathering, District Governor Amardeep Singh Bunet lauded the club’s energy and clarity of purpose. “The Rotary Club of Bhavnagar Vibrant stands out for its enthusiasm, discipline and commitment to impactful service. The all-women composition of the club adds a unique strength, showcasing leadership, compassion and efficiency in action,” he said. He encouraged members to continue focusing on high-impact projects, strong fellowship and service that truly transforms lives.

The District Governor congratulated Club President Namrita Chadha for her leadership and praised the team for building a vibrant Rotary culture in a short span of time. Acknowledging the collective effort of the members, he noted that the club reflects the true spirit of Rotary through integrity, dedication and teamwork.
Responding on behalf of the club, President Namrita Chadha said, “The Official Club Visit has been deeply motivating for all of us. The guidance and encouragement from the District Governor have strengthened our resolve to serve society with greater passion, professionalism and purpose.”
As part of the visit, the District Governor honoured President Chadha and the club’s office-bearers with mementoes and tokens of appreciation, recognising their contribution to Rotary’s mission and values. The OCV concluded on an inspiring note, reinforcing the club’s commitment to service above self and setting a clear direction for future initiatives.
