Varvee Global Limited (formerly known as Aarvee Denims and Exports Limited), a leading textile manufacturing company, has announced a major expansion of its production capacity in the non-denim segment, reinforcing its strategic shift towards diversification beyond denim.
Aligned with the new management’s growth roadmap, the company has successfully enhanced its production capacity in Non-Denims – Shirtings and Suitings Fabrics by 6 lakh metres per month. This expansion takes the total installed capacity in the non-denim segment from 12 lakh metres to 18 lakh metres per month.
The milestone marks a significant step in Varvee Global Limited’s long-term vision of scaling its non-denim production capacity to as much as 50 lakh metres per month. The expansion has been driven by rising market demand for value-added textile products and underscores the company’s focus on strengthening its manufacturing capabilities while pursuing sustainable growth.
The additional capacity has been achieved through optimisation of existing manufacturing facilities and the adoption of improved production processes. These measures have enabled the company to scale operations efficiently without compromising on stringent quality benchmarks.
Commenting on the development, Jaimin Kailash Gupta, Managing Director of Varvee Global Limited, said: “The increase in production capacity is an important step in our growth strategy. This expansion will help us meet rising customer demand, improve turnaround times, and further strengthen our position in the Non-Denims – Shirtings and Suitings Fabrics.”
