Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU) has awarded Diplomas in Internal Security to 1,167 CRPF trainee constables during the passing out parade of the 32nd batch of Recruit Constables of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) at the Recruit Training Centre (RTC), Latur, Maharashtra. The ceremony marked a major milestone in the growing academic and training partnership between RRU and the CRPF.
The diploma awards form part of the structured collaboration between the two institutions, formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that covers affiliation and accreditation, reinforcing RRU’s role in strengthening professional education for India’s internal security forces.
Unity in Diversity on Parade
The 32nd batch comprised recruits drawn from 27 states and 3 Union Territories, vividly reflecting the nation’s ethos of ‘unity in diversity’. The passing out parade symbolised not only the successful completion of rigorous training but also the integration of academic grounding with operational preparedness in internal security.
Distinguished Presence, Strong Partnership
The ceremony was graced by Chief Guest Shri Amit Kumar, IPS, Special Director General (Central Zone). Dr. Jugal Manoj Dave and Ms. Sapna Parmar from Rashtriya Raksha University were also present, underlining the deepening collaboration between RRU and the CRPF at the RTC in Latur.
