Interio by Godrej, the leading furniture and interiors brand from the Godrej Enterprises Group, has successfully completed the design & build and furniture works for the National Cooperative Dairy Federation of India’s (NCDFI) new administrative facility in Anand, Gujarat—marking a significant step in the modernisation of workspace infrastructure for India’s cooperative institutions.
The state-of-the-art facility spans four levels, with the ground floor executed under a complete Design & Build mandate, while the upper floors have been furnished with customised modular furniture solutions tailored to the building’s spatial and operational requirements. The project adds to Interio by Godrej’s growing portfolio of large-scale institutional collaborations across the country.
Speaking on the partnership, Sameer Joshi, Senior Vice President & Head, B2B Business, Interio by Godrej, said, “As India invests in new-age infrastructure for its cooperative and public institutions, our role is to translate these ambitions into workspaces that enhance efficiency, support digital workflows, and reflect institutional heritage. Our collaboration with NCDFI showcases how modern design can coexist with legacy aesthetics while meeting complex operational requirements. As organizations across India invest in next-generation offices, we remain focused on enhancing our technological capabilities, design expertise, and execution strength to support fast-track, large-scale projects across sectors including government, cooperatives, healthcare, education, and corporate workspaces. We look forward to partnering with more government and cooperative organisations to create workplaces that are future ready.”
As India’s cooperative, public-sector and development-led institutions expand to meet the demands of a rapidly transforming economy, Interio by Godrej is increasingly delivering smart, efficient and culturally rooted work environments. The NCDFI project exemplifies this transition, bringing together contemporary design, technology integration and the distinctive visual identity of India’s cooperative dairy movement in a modern G+3 administrative facility.
The new headquarters accommodates key leadership and governance spaces, including the Chairman’s and Managing Director’s offices, boardrooms, VIP zones and multiple administrative areas—each designed to enable seamless coordination across the national cooperative dairy network.
A defining feature of the project is its strategic space planning, addressing the building’s unique hexagonal room layout to ensure smooth circulation and optimal utilisation of space. Varied ceiling treatments, wooden bands and curated decorative elements preserve NCDFI’s signature wooden aesthetic, while introducing a contemporary visual language. Bespoke modular furniture solutions further enhance administrative efficiency, employee comfort and overall workplace cohesion.
With more than 1,500 projects delivered across over 100 million sq. ft., Interio by Godrej continues to strengthen its leadership in creating innovative, functional and visually compelling spaces across sectors including corporate offices, government facilities, banking, infrastructure, museums, auditoriums, healthcare, hospitality, warehouses and retail. Backed by capabilities spanning General Contracting, Turnkey solutions and Design & Build services, the brand remains well-positioned to support India’s ongoing investments in world-class institutional and commercial infrastructure.
