The third and final cluster of the Final Placement Process for the PGP Class of 2026 was held on Monday at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), marking a powerful close to this year’s recruitment cycle.
The cluster brought together 68 firms across a sweeping spectrum of industries, reinforcing IIMA’s standing as a premier destination for top-tier management talent in India.

Recruiters in the third cluster were organised into fourteen specialised cohorts:

The structured cluster–cohort model once again demonstrated its effectiveness in aligning recruiter requirements with student aspirations, resulting in a significant number of dream applications.
Blue-Chip Giants & Emerging Disruptors
The cluster saw participation from leading organisations such as Cisco Systems, Cognizant, and EXL, alongside several new recruiters including Accenture Technology, Emergent Labs, Kimbal, Lyric, Shadowfax, Teradata, Thriveni, and Virtual Galaxy.
Thriveni extended the highest number of offers in the cluster, while Intertec Systems extended an international offer, highlighting the global reach of IIMA’s placement ecosystem.
The robust mix of legacy corporations and high-growth technology-driven firms reflected strong cross-sector confidence in IIMA’s PGP cohort.
Placement Season Concludes
With the completion of the third cluster, IIM Ahmedabad has concluded the final cluster of its Final Placement Process 2026, witnessing increased participation from firms across multiple domains.
