In a decisive step toward redefining technical education through real-world exposure, Swarrnim Institute of Technology has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bosch Home Comfort India Limited, unlocking high-value internship opportunities, industry mentorship, and career-ready training for engineering students.
The MoU, facilitated by the Training and Placement Cell of Swarrnim Startup and Innovation University, marks a powerful convergence of academic excellence and global industry expertise—designed to equip students with practical skills aligned with evolving industrial demands.
Paid Internships and Real-World Industry Immersion
Under this collaboration, 50 diploma engineering students from Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, and Automobile Engineering streams will undertake structured internships at Bosch every year from December to May. Each selected student will receive a generous monthly stipend of ₹18,000—providing both financial support and invaluable industry experience.
The agreement was formally signed by Dr. Ranjit Kumar, Principal, Swarrnim Institute of Technology, and Ms. Anuja Gupta, General Manager – Training & Placement, on behalf of the university, along with Mr. Rupesh Kotak, General Manager – HR, Bosch Home Comfort India Limited. The MoU was formalised during the flagship ‘Campus se Career – Swarrnim Job Fair 2026’ held at the university campus.
Beyond Internships: Mentorship, Innovation, and Skill Transformation
The collaboration extends far beyond internships. Students will gain access to live industry projects, hands-on technical training, expert mentoring, and exclusive technical sessions led by Bosch professionals—offering direct exposure to industry practices, technologies, and problem-solving approaches.
Additionally, both institutions will jointly organise seminars, conferences, and skill development programmes, strengthening Swarrnim’s mission to produce industry-ready professionals capable of contributing from day one.
