Celebrating the transformative power of art in education, Kalorex Future School marked World Art Day with vibrant activities that brought together imagination, expression, and learning across all grades.

The celebration underscored the role of art in advancing United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4 — Quality Education — by integrating both visual and performing arts into the learning experience.
Students from Grades 1 to 5 showcased their creativity through poster and collage-making on themes like “My Creative School/Class” and “My School Bag,” translating everyday experiences into colourful expressions. Meanwhile, students of Grades 6 to 9 explored deeper social themes through a Mixed Media Art activity on “Importance of Education in Society,” combining drawing, collage, and best-out-of-waste techniques to present thoughtful, real-world perspectives.

The performing arts segment added a dynamic dimension, with Class X students presenting a special assembly featuring Indian classical, regional, and fusion dance forms, celebrating cultural diversity. A compelling drama performance further highlighted art as a powerful medium for communication, awareness, and joyful learning.
While no formal speeches were delivered, the event itself echoed a powerful message: art is not just an activity, but a pathway to creativity, confidence, and holistic development.
