In a standout performance amid a transforming surveillance landscape, Ahmedabad-based Prizor Viztech Ltd. has reported a remarkable 105% growth in its annual results (FY25–26), underlining its rapid scale-up and strengthening market position.
The surge comes at a pivotal moment for India’s CCTV industry, as tighter government regulations—covering cybersecurity compliance, firmware integrity and restrictions on non-certified imports, particularly from Chinese manufacturers—trigger a structural shift across the sector.
The company credited its growth momentum to the strength of its distribution network and a deeply entrenched partner ecosystem, which ensured consistency and market reach even during a period of transition.
Dr. Mitali Gauswami, Managing Director of Prizor Viztech Ltd., said: “It has been a year of many decisions, challenges and continuous effort from our teams and partners. While the growth is encouraging, what stood out for us this year was the strength of our distribution network. The trust our partners placed in us and the consistency with which our teams supported them played a key role in driving this outcome.”
With regulatory changes tightening the ecosystem, the company sees a decisive shift in market dynamics—from cost-driven competition to capability-driven differentiation.
Highlighting this transition, she added: “With the new regulations and the ban coming into effect, the conversation is no longer just about pricing. We believe the next phase of competition will be defined by technology and trust.”
While the current results largely reflect the earlier operating environment, the company expects the full impact of the regulatory overhaul to unfold in the coming quarters.
Looking ahead, Prizor Viztech has outlined an ambitious 2–3 year roadmap to evolve into a technology-led, fully integrated surveillance solutions provider. The strategy includes expanding its product portfolio, strengthening manufacturing capabilities, and investing significantly in software and advanced technology to stay aligned with emerging market demands.
“Looking ahead, Prizor has outlined a focused strategy for the next 2–3 years, aiming to evolve into a technology-led, fully integrated player in the surveillance ecosystem. The company has already begun expanding its product portfolio, strengthening its manufacturing infrastructure, and investing in technology and software capabilities to align with the changing market dynamics.”
The performance positions Prizor Viztech as a rising domestic contender in a market increasingly defined by compliance, innovation and trust.
