Bengaluru-headquartered Bagmane Prime Office REIT is gearing up for a landmark market debut with its ₹3,405 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO) opening on May 5, 2026, positioning itself as one of India’s most compelling real estate investment opportunities.
The REIT has fixed a price band of ₹95 to ₹100 per unit, with the issue closing on May 7, 2026, while the anchor investor window opens on May 4, 2026. Investors can bid for a minimum of 150 units and in multiples thereafter.

The IPO has already attracted strong institutional confidence, with commitments for 8.5 crore units worth ₹850 crore from marquee strategic investors, including:
UTI Mutual Fund, Axis Max Life Insurance, ICICI Pension Fund Management, Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance, and Star Health & Allied Insurance, among others.
