Building on the popularity of its Amalfi collection launched in 2019, Amalfi Riviera is designed to recreate the emotional nostalgia of endless Mediterranean summers — sunlit coastlines, citrus groves, salty ocean winds and leisurely seaside escapes.
The fragrance attempts to move beyond traditional perfume positioning and instead sell an “experience” rooted in mood, travel and lifestyle aspiration.
From sea-salt freshness to citrus-infused vibrancy, the scent profile reflects what industry experts describe as the growing demand for lighter, climate-friendly and versatile fragrances suited for tropical countries like India.
The campaign revolves around the evocative concept of “a summer that stays with you.”
Abhay Deol Becomes the Face of Coastal Sophistication
Actor Abhay Deol fronts the visually rich campaign film set against dreamy coastal landscapes and intimate summer moments.
Known for his understated screen presence and unconventional style, Deol embodies the fragrance’s positioning — relaxed, confident, modern and effortlessly sophisticated.
Rather than relying on loud glamour, the campaign uses slow, immersive storytelling and visual minimalism to evoke the romance of the Amalfi coast and the emotional longing for escape from fast-paced urban life.
Brand experts say the campaign reflects how premium fragrance marketing in India is evolving from celebrity endorsement-driven advertising to mood-driven experiential storytelling.
Titan Bets on India’s Premium Fragrance Boom
The launch comes at a time when India’s fragrance industry is witnessing rapid premiumisation, especially among urban millennials and Gen Z consumers increasingly willing to spend on personal luxury and niche grooming products.
Industry analysts believe the demand for gender-neutral fragrances has accelerated sharply in recent years, driven by changing fashion sensibilities, global beauty influences and a shift away from rigid gender-based marketing.
Speaking about the launch, Manish Gupta, CEO – Fragrance & Accessories Division, Titan Company Limited said Amalfi Riviera represented the next evolution of the successful Amalfi franchise.
“With this launch, we are responding to a clear shift in consumer preference towards fresher, more expressive and unisex fragrances. Amalfi Riviera is our interpretation of a modern summer — fresh, inclusive and full of possibilities,” Gupta said.
He added that the fragrance introduces a contemporary citrus-marine olfactory profile designed specifically for evolving consumer lifestyles.
Crafted by Master Perfumer Santosh Shinde
The fragrance has been created by noted perfumer Santosh Shinde, known for crafting sophisticated and emotionally layered fragrance compositions.
With Amalfi Riviera, Shinde combines refreshing citrus notes with marine-inspired accords to mirror the energy of coastal European summers while preserving SKINN’s premium fragrance identity.
The perfume is dermatologically tested, IFRA compliant and adheres to European Union safety standards.
Luxury Retail Push Across India
Priced at Rs 3,095 for a 90 ml bottle, Amalfi Riviera will be available through the brand’s official website, SKINN kiosks, Titan World outlets, Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle stores and major e-commerce platforms.
