AHMEDABAD, JUNE 15
In a significant milestone for India’s global professional services industry, Ahmedabad-headquartered MYCPE ONE has announced its strategic entry into Mexico, marking the company’s first major expansion into Latin America and reinforcing its ambition to establish a presence across the world’s leading accounting and finance markets.
The company plans a multi-crore investment in market development, technology infrastructure, talent acquisition and business development initiatives, positioning Mexico as a key pillar in its global growth strategy.
The expansion comes at a time when Mexico’s rapidly growing MSME ecosystem and its deep integration with North American business operations are driving increased demand for high-quality accounting and financial services. The country’s strategic location and bilingual workforce make it an ideal destination for nearshore professional support solutions.
Explaining the rationale behind the move, Shalin Parikh, Co-founder of MYCPE ONE, said: “Mexico represents a strategically important market for us because it combines talent quality, geographic proximity to the US, and strong bilingual capabilities. For US-based accounting firms, the ability to work with teams operating in nearly identical time zones creates significant operational efficiency and collaboration advantages. Our Mexico operations will help address a growing demand among US accounting firms seeking scalable, technology-enabled support teams that can operate with minimal time-zone gaps and seamless English and Spanish communication capabilities.”
The company will initially focus on delivering Tax, Accounting and Assurance services, with plans to diversify into additional service verticals as its operations expand across the region.
Highlighting the broader global delivery strategy, Parikh added: “Across India and the Philippines, we currently deploy close to 3,000 professionals for our clients. Mexico adds a third geography to that network and our target is 200 professionals deployed within the first 12 months. The initial workforce will primarily support Tax and Accounting functions, with plans to expand based on client demand. Yes, Mexico comes at a higher cost compared to India and the Philippines, but for firms that need US time-zone coverage, Spanish-language capability, and proximity to Latin American clients, that trade-off makes sense. This completes a tri-geography model that allows firms to build global teams around their specific operational, language, and time-zone requirements. Argentina is next on our radar in Latin America.”
With the addition of Mexico, MYCPE ONE strengthens its capability to offer globally distributed service delivery, enabling clients to optimise operations through customised combinations of geography, language expertise and time-zone alignment.
The company’s international expansion is being matched by robust domestic growth. MYCPE ONE currently operates more than 40 offices across over 20 Indian cities and plans to deepen its footprint in Tier II and Tier III cities, recognising their rich talent pool and long-term growth potential.
The organisation continues to reinforce its commitment to global standards of governance and data security by maintaining SOC 2 Type II certification, ISO 27001 compliance and GDPR readiness, ensuring secure and reliable service delivery for clients worldwide.
With its latest strategic move, MYCPE ONE is not merely entering a new market—it is building a globally connected professional services platform that bridges continents, cultures and clients through technology, talent and trust.
