AHMEDABAD, JUNE 24

Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited (ABHFL) has strengthened its Gujarat footprint with the opening of a new branch in Nikol, Ahmedabad, taking its total network in the state to 20 branches and sharpening its play in one of western India’s most dynamic housing finance markets.

The new branch forms part of ABHFL’s broader pan-India distribution expansion strategy and is aimed at improving customer accessibility in high-growth urban markets. In Ahmedabad — a city driven by entrepreneurial energy, industrial depth and expanding urban infrastructure — the company sees strong and sustained housing demand from salaried professionals, traders, business owners and self-employed individuals across affordable, informal and prime housing segments.

With the Nikol launch, ABHFL is seeking to widen access to customised housing finance solutions and make the homeownership journey faster, simpler and more convenient for a diverse customer base in the city and surrounding growth corridors.

The housing finance company offers a wide spectrum of products across affordable housing, prime housing, construction finance and loans against property, serving salaried customers, self-employed professionals, self-employed non-professionals and emerging income groups. Backed by a robust digital ecosystem, ABHFL says it enables seamless onboarding, faster approvals and enhanced transparency, delivering a more efficient customer experience.

To mark the launch, the company has announced a limited-period offer of zero login fees along with spot loan sanctions of up to ₹50 lakh, valid from June 24 to June 30, 2026, aimed at making access to housing credit quicker and more affordable for customers at the new branch.

Speaking on the expansion, Pankaj Gadgil, MD & CEO, Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited, said, “Gujarat is a key growth market for us. With strong demand and rising aspirations, we are scaling our regional presence to deepen customer engagement. By combining our growing distribution footprint with robust digital capabilities, we aim to make the homeownership journey simpler, faster, and hassle-free for customers.”

Aligned with its promise of delivering a ‘Happy Home Loan Journey’, the latest expansion underscores ABHFL’s continuing focus on customer-centricity, responsible lending and financial inclusion, while building a more diversified and granular retail portfolio in growth markets such as Gujarat.
