  • Sugar syrup (sugar, water, cardamom) for soaking

Method

  • Mix powdered soy milk, all-purpose flour, vegan ghee, and baking soda.
  • Add water gradually to form a smooth dough. Shape into small balls.
  • Deep fry until golden brown. Soak in warm sugar syrup for a few hours before serving.

VEGAN KHEER (RICE PUDDING)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup basmati rice
  • 4 cups coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

Method

  • Cook basmati rice in coconut milk until it becomes soft and the mixture thickens.

VEGAN JALEBI
