Four persons were killed and two injured in an accident between a car and a motorcycle near Bhabhar village in Banaskantha district, police said on Monday.
The collision took place late Sunday night on a sharp turn and the car, after hitting the motorcycle, rammed into a tree, leaving four people, comprising three on the two-wheeler and one in the car, dead, said sub-inspector Pravin Ahir of Bhabhar police station.
“Two people were injured and are hospitalised in Deesa. The car was on its way to Deesa, while the motorcycle was going in the opposite direction to Mitha village. All the dead are in the 20s and 30s,” Ahir said.
