Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose’s inspirational and patriotic slogan – “ Tum Mujhe Khoon Do… Main Tumhe Aazadi Dunga… Chalo Delhi!!” still echoes in our hearts. He was chosen the Indian National Congress (INC) President for two consecutive terms and then resigned for the sake of his ideologies to free his Motherland. We know of his contributions to lead the Azad Hind Fauj and of his adventures for joining hands with the AXIS Powers to freeing our Motherland. But, what we still don’t know till now is about the theories and mysteries surrounding his death.
So urged by a film – Gumnaami – which has recently been released with the efforts of a Campaign called Mission Netaji, Kaleidoscope – A You Tube Channel joined hands with Studio Positive Jindagi and Strategic Media Services to reach out to several renowned schools of the city and urge them to join in paying their homage and tribute to this Forgotten Hero of the Nation.
A cake-cutting ceremony was organized on Saturday on Subhash ji’s birthday and Prathmesh Shah of Chocolotey Chef came up with a creative cake design. Ekta Choksi of Mainland China motivated the Team members of Shri Nitin Shah’s Gandhi Brigade, Rupal Rathod’s Lakshmi Brigade and Sreekant Malde’s Nehru brigade who participated with a lot of enthusiasm. Quiz Master Subhojit Sen and Hardik Pancholi of Kaleidoscope were also present at Studio Positive Jindagi, the brainchild of Paresh Dave. and Chetan Pandya of Shiv Foods organized some wonderful snacks for the media friends.
On the 125th Birth Anniversary of Subhash Chandra Bose, Class 6th to Class 8th Students of prestigious schools and organizations like Rachna School, Calorx Public School – Ghatlodia, Shri Satya Sai Vidya Mandir, and Visamo Kids Foundation participated in the campaign and got an opportunity to know about the Life, Dreams, Struggles and Mysteries surrounding Subhash ji’s life.
Commenting on this initiative, Quiz Master Subhojit Sen said, “I congratulate the winning kids. We are grateful to the principals and teachers of some progressive schools in Ahmedabad who inspired their children from the busy school curriculum to join us in this film appreciation workshop cum quiz.”
He further added, “We conduct these type of activities for the schoolstudents to catch the young generation interest towards learning and I sincerely thank all the sponsors for coming together on this platform and remembering the legend of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose.”
Day 1
Thursday saw the participation of 20 kids from Visamo Kids Foundation and Calorx Public School in the movie screening and quiz with lots of excitement. They were motivated by Rupal Rathod of Super Cleaning and Shreekanth Malde of Amrut Dairy Farm who shared their wonderful stories.
Day 2
Friday was even more exciting as teachers, parents, and motivated students of Rachna School, Sri Satya Sai Vidya Mandir, and Calorx Public School participated in the campaign. They were given wonderful thoughts by Bhumika Choksi on Parenting and by Nitin Shah of Chintan Sales on a positive life beyond the current pandemic.
