Gian Life Care Limited became 315th company to get listed on the BSE SME Platform on January 13, 2020. Gian Life Care Limited came out with an initial public offering of 14,16,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 22 per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 311.52 lacs. The company has successfully completed its public issue on 3rd January, 2020, a BSE release said.
Gian Life Care Limited is an Uttar Pradesh-based company whose registered office is at Kanpur. It is primarily engaged in the business of providing diagnostic and related healthcare tests and services in Kanpur and nearby areas. They provide a broad range of diagnostic and related healthcare tests and services such as, patient diagnosis services and prevention and wellness diagnosis services to their patients and healthcare providers. Their customers include individual patients, hospitals, other healthcare providers and corporate customers.
Mumbai based Hem Securities Limited was the lead manager to Gian Life Care Limited.
The 315 companies listed on BSE SME Platform have raised Rs. 3,281.95 crore from the market and total market capitalization of 315 companies as on January 13, 2020 is 18,218.75 crore. BSE is the market leader in this segment with a market share of 60.46 percent.
