The Tamilnadu Tourism Development Corporation (TTDC) inviting foreign tourists to take part in the Pongal celebrations organised at Agastheeswaram village at 6 a.m. on Wednesday.
On this occasion, TTDC has arranged free tour of village visit, traditional welcome by villagers, witnessing Pongal festival and the variety of cultural programmes and temple visit.
Free vehicle service will be arranged for the foreign tourists by the Tourist Office, Kanniyakumari.
Foreign tourists are requested to use this opportunity. They are asked to assemble at Tourist office, Beach Road, Kanniyakumari for the free trip.
