Amidst the pandemic of COVID-19, Army Air Defence Unit at Bhuj under the aegis of Southern Command Army organized a blood donation camp for Thalassemia patients in collaboration with Blood Bank of Gujarat, Adani Institute of Medical Science (GAIMS) at GK General Hospital, Bhuj on Friday, says a release.
The blood donation camp was organized on behalf of Indian Army as a good will gesture and to maintain its persistent & regular commitment towards welfare of the general public.
Voluntary efforts of the organization were highly welcomed and appreciated by Dr Kashyap Buch, the Chief District Medical Officer and Head of Department (Medicine) at GAIMS .
