A delegation led by Taiwanese tyre maker Maxxis Group president Cheng Yao Liao called upon Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel on Friday.
Cheng Yao Liao (President), Chu Tsang-Chih (Director) and Wu Jyun-Lin, (AVP, HR & Legal), Maxxis Tyres India, met with the Chief Minister of Gujarat Bhupendra Patel in Gandhinagar.

They discussed the resounding success of the industry and organization in the state and the intensive growth plan in the years to come to boost the socio-economic index and to counter the current global financial melt-down situation due to the COVID-19.
The team also met Ahmedabad District Collector Sandip J Sagale, the statement added.
The company had set up its first Indian plant at Sanand on the outskirts of Ahmedabad in March 2018.
