Former Registrar of Institute of Classical Tamil Mugilai Rasapandian on Wednesday released a compendium of poems – ‘Mounam Kaatha Vinakkal’ — penned by poet Kavimugil. It was released at Mini auditorium of the 45th Book Fair being organized by the Book Sellers’ and Publishers’ Association of South India (BAPASI) at the YMCA grounds in Nandanam here.
The first copy was received by the Book Publisher and BAPASI Vice President P Mayilavelan.
Kavignar Dr Adhiramullai, Kavimamani Thiruvai Babu and Venu Muthamizh offered felicitation address.
Sahitya Academy Awardee and Kavignar Erode Tamilanban virtually presided over the book release event from Erode. He gave a lengthy address about the intricacies of the poems written by Kavignar Kavimugil.
Vizhigal Publishers T Natarajan welcomed the gathering.
