Aiming to spread the wellness benefits of yoga to the world, Gagan Goswami, Managing Director of Heritage Infraspace Pvt Ltd celebrated the International Yoga Day in Uganda on Tuesday.
It was great to perform yoga in Uganda and take part in the International Day of Yoga celebrations on Tuesday despite .being away from Ahmedabad.
In his message to the world, Gagan Goswami, said, “Yoga adds years to your life, and life to your years.
Yoga not only helps the body, but also boosts the mind and spirit. The International Day of Yoga is playing a big role in popularising yoga around the world and ensuring people benefit from ancient Indian wisdom. It was great to perform yoga in Uganda to mark the day.”
