Bengaluru the City of Gardens, will now witness the addition of an Iconic Garden themed residential community. Situated near Kudlu Gate, Jardin is TVS Emerald’s First development in Bengaluru. This project takes inspiration from the greenery and prolific beauty that Bengaluru is known and loved for. The legacy brand saw an overwhelmingly positive response, with 70% of the inventory sold on the first day itself, amounting to about Rs 300 Crores, says a senior official of the company recently.
