Gujarat Government on Wednesday decided to disburse its employees’ salary and pension for the month of October before Diwali.
Salary for the month of October will be deposited before Diwali. The salary was used to be deposited on 1st or 2nd of every month. As a goodwill gesture it will be credited to the employee’s account on 17th, 18th and 19th this time. Along with six lakh employees, six lakh pensioners will also get benefit. Allowances other than salary will also be given in advance to the employees.
