On 31st October, Prime Minister will visit Kevadia. He will pay homage to Sardar Patel at the Statue of Unity. Then he will participate in the Rashtriya Ekta Diwas celebrations. Prime Minister will address the Officer Trainees of the 97th Common Foundation Course at the culmination of Aarambh 4.0. Thereafter, Prime Minister will reach Banaskantha district, where he will lay the foundation stone of various development projects in Tharad. He will also dedicate to the nation key railway projects in Ahmedabad.
On 1st November, Prime Minister will reach Rajasthan’s Banswara district, where he will attend a public programme ‘Mangarh Dham ki Gaurav Gatha’. Thereafter, he will dedicate and lay the foundation stone of various development projects at Jambughoda in Panchmahal district of Gujarat.
In the evening, the prime minister is scheduled to address BJP workers of all 182 Assembly constituencies in Gujarat through video conference.
This ‘Diwali Milan’ event for party workers will be held at Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar on Tuesday, said the release.

PM in Vadodara
Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone of C-295 Aircraft Manufacturing Facility – the first aircraft manufacturing facility in private sector in the country. This facility will be utilised for manufacturing of 40 C-295 aircrafts for the Indian Air Force, through collaboration between Tata Advanced Systems Limited and Airbus Defence and Space, Spain. The facility will be a key step towards achieving Aatmanirbharta in the Defence sector, and will also help unlock the potential of the private players in the sector. Prime Minister will also visit an exhibition showcasing technological and manufacturing strides in the aerospace industry under Aatmanirbhar Bharat.
PM in Kevadia
Guided by the vision of the Prime Minister, it was decided in 2014 to celebrate the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel viz. 31st October as Rashtriya Ekta Diwas, to reinforce our dedication to preserve and strengthen the unity, integrity and security of the nation. Prime Minister will participate in the Rashtriya Ekta Diwas celebrations at the Status of Unity, Kevadia. The celebration will witness Rashtriya Ekta Diwas Parade, which will include contingents of BSF and of five State Police Forces, one each from Northern Zone (Haryana), Western Zone (Madhya Pradesh), Southern Zone (Telangana), Eastern Zone (Odisha) and North Eastern Zone (Tripura). Apart from the contingents, six Police Sports Medal winners of the Commonwealth Games 2022 will also participate in the Parade.
A special attraction of the programme will be performance by Tribal children’s musical band from Ambaji. The members of the Band once used to beg at Ambaji temple. Prime Minister had earlier also encouraged these children when they had performed in front of him during his visit to Ambaji last month. Other key attractions include a Special Show by NCC on the theme “Hum Ek Hain, Hum Shreshth Hain” and a cultural programme on Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat, which will showcase our culture through paired States performing together.
Prime Minister will address the Officer Trainees of the 97th Common Foundation Course at the culmination of Aarambh 4.0. The 4th edition of Aarambh has been held on the theme of “Digital Governance: Foundation & Frontiers”, with a view to help Officer Trainees learn how to leverage the technological solutions to strengthen Public Service delivery and making the last mile delivery transparent, effective and efficient. The batch includes 455 Officer Trainees from 13 Services, from across 29 States and UTs.
Prime Minister will also dedicate two new tourist attractions at Kevadia – Maze Garden and Miyawaki Forest. The Maze Garden is spread over 3 acres of land, making it the largest maze garden in the country. It consists of a total of about 2.1 Km of pathway. It has been designed in the shape of a ‘Shriyantra’, which is believed to bring positive energy to the place. A total of about 1.8 lakh plants have been planted in the Garden, which has added on to the aesthetic beauty of the landscape. The Miyawaki Forest has been developed in an area of about 2 acres. It comprises of native floral garden, timber garden, fruit garden, medicinal garden, mixed species Miyawaki section, medicinal garden and digital orientation centre. It has been developed using the technique pioneered by Japanese botanist Akira Miyawaki, which helps build dense, native forests in a short span of time.
PM in Banaskantha
Prime Minister will visit Tharad in Banaskantha. During a public programme, work on water supply projects worth over Rs. 8000 crore will be started. Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone of several projects, including the Kasara to Dantiwada Pipeline from the main Narmada Canal, costing over Rs. 1560 crores. The project will augment water supply and prove beneficial for farmers of the region as well. Announcement of several projects will also be done during the programme, including strengthening of Sujlam Suflam Canal, extension of Modhera-Moti Dau pipeline to Mukteshwar Dam-Karmavat Lake, lift irrigation scheme for 11 villages of Santalpur Taluka, among others.
PM in Panchmahal
Prime Minister will dedicate and lay the foundation stone of projects worth around Rs. 860 crores in Jambughoda, Panchmahal. He will dedicate the new campus of Shri Govind Guru University, Godhara. He will also dedicate Sant Joriya Parameshwar Primary School and Memorial located at village Vadek and Raja Rup Singh Nayak Primary School and Memorial located at village Dandiyapura.
Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone for the building of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Godhra. He will also lay the foundation stone for development of Godhra Medical College and expansion of Kaushalya – The Skill University, worth over Rs. 680 crores.
PM in Banswara
As part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, the government has initiated several steps to celebrate unsung tribal heroes of the freedom struggle. These include declaring 15th November (birth anniversary of tribal freedom fighter Birsa Munda) as ‘Janjatiya Guarav Divas’, setting up tribal museums across the country etc to recognise the contribution of tribal people to society and increase awareness about their sacrifices in the freedom struggle. In yet another step in this direction, Prime Minister will attend a public programme – ‘Mangarh Dham ki Gaurav Gatha’ at Mangarh Hill, Banswara, Rajasthan, to pay homage to the sacrifices of the unsung tribal heroes and martyrs of the freedom struggle. During the programme, Prime Minister will also pay homage to Bhil freedom fighter Shri Govind Guru and also address a gathering of Bhil Adivasis and other tribal population of the region.
