In the wake of the pandemic, Enrich Hair & Skin Solution Pvt. Ltd has ensured 100% vaccination of the first dose for its team in Gujarat. Setting an example with their continued focus of Hygiene and Safety, this is the latest development in the line of many of their initiatives, including getting their certification on the safety protocols of CIDESCO and BWSSC. In addition, RTPCR is being done for those employees who have been medically advised not to get vaccinated, says Bhupesh Dinger, Director.

Paid leave
Staff or family members of the staff who have tested COVID positive and remain in isolation or quarantine are provided paid leaves.
The company has extended support to its employees in the form of ‘War Rooms’ created in different zones that work stringently on disseminating information and material regarding COVID care.
Being proactive in connecting the staff with the required resources to deal with the pandemic was a helpful step in the right direction. While the salons are functional in Gujarat, the team has provisions of maximum safety of its customers by maintaining social distancing within the salon, temperature checks of the staff and customers, online payments as well as sneeze shields to prevent the spread of the infection from within the salon.
