The Sicilian Chapter of Business Network International (BNI), the world’s leading business network, has launched the Sicilian Premier League, a prestigious cricketing tournament for its members here on Friday.
Anil Patel, Hon’ble Secretary, Gujarat Cricket Association (GCA), captains, and players from each team, attended the grand opening ceremony.
The tournament, which began today, will last 21 days and 200 players from 12 teams are taking part enthusiastically. Shree Siddhi Group is the title sponsor of the tournament, and Kataria Automobiles is the Powered by Sponsor.
Yash Vasant, Executive Director of BNI Ahmedabad Chapter, said, “In today’s busy lifestyle, physical and mental fitness of a person is very important, and what better way to promote it than sports? The Sicilian Premier League’s main goal is to promote a healthy lifestyle while also increasing the emotional connection between chapter members. I am confident that over the next 21 days, every member will demonstrate their hidden talent and do their best to help their team win with sportsmanship.”
