“In a recently held Rank Ceremony upon promotion of three personnel to the rank of Head Constable, the family members of these personnel from various locations of Karnataka, Maharashtra and Bihar were made part of this special and prestigious moment by connecting them through video conference via digital platform,” said Sh Gurinder Singh, Commandant.
