World Heritage Day: Brihati Foundation holds stay at home contest on Dhal ni Pol

Three days ahead of World Heritage Day, Saturday-April 18, Brihati Foundation, which has been working on preserving the rich heritage of Dhal ni Pol and spreading awareness for almost three years, has announced the holding of STAY AT HOME CONTEST series, says a release.

According to the organizers, this contest is aimed at creating awareness on the pandemic coronavirus and the efficacy of staying at home. This contest is open to all Amdavadis.

To participate in STAY AT HOME CONTEST series, one can send his/her creatives based on the subject ‘Dhal ni Pol’s Heritage” in the form of Short video on any unknown story of the Pol, a short poem and a drawing or picture story.

All entries have to be sent to the WhatsApp number 9601421388 with the participants’ name, address and contact number. In case of any clarification,  reach out on 8208443969..

Similarly, last week, Brihati had arranged a drawing competition for Dhal ni Pol children.
