225 entrepreneurs took part in the SME IPO Conclave organised here on Friday by Hem Securities, a leading player in the SME IPO space with 80+ SME Listings till date, says a release.
It was held to encourage entrepreneurs of the city for listing themselves on the Stock Exchanges and share the benefits of listing through IPO.
Nitin Parekhji, CFO – Zydus Lifesciences Limited graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour of the occasion along with Directors of Hem Securities Ltd. – Gaurav Jain & Prateek Jain, were amongst the eminent speakers.
It was a one of a kind event in a grand scale where the entire SME Funding Ecosystem was under one roof – SME Promoters, marquee Investors, Stock Exchange, Merchant Banker, Financial Intermediaries, SME IPO Advisors.
The event effectively covered how listing SME businesses can help in unlocking valuation and wealth creation, the growth journey after listing, and the experiences of companies like Knowledge Marine Engineering works Ltd. , Dev Information Technologies Ltd., Hindprakash Industries Ltd., Art Nirman Ltd., Baheti Recycling Industries Ltd., Globe Textiles Ltd. that have already been listed and the upcoming Kaka Industries Ltd.
“Its main objective is to dispel the misconceptions that SME entrepreneurs have about IPOs, highlight the success stories of listed SMEs and encourage businesses with a minimum turnover of Rs 25 crore to take the necessary steps to list their companies on the stock exchange in order to achieve sustainable growth,” said Chetan Jagetiya, Director, JJ IPO Advisors Pvt Ltd.
The event was attended by 225 entrepreneurs of the city who also shown their interest and commitment to list their business and grow multifold in the near future.
