Sainik School Balachadi conducted a ‘Tiranga Jagrukta Rally’ on Saturday, July 30, in Jamnagar, from Ranjit Road to Lakhota Lake under ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign of Government of India. It was held to inculcate feeling of patriotism in the hearts of people and to encourage them to bring the tricolor home and hoist it to mark the 75th year of India’s Independence.

Waving national flags, shouting patriotic slogans, as many as 60 cadets and four faculty of the School covered a distance of approximately 8 kms. The NCC cadets carried the National Flag and the NCC Flag and presented small flags to various vendors en route to make them join the campaign. The cadets were cheered on by the bystanders in their initiative to honour the National Flag making the rally a resounding success.
